Process

1 Microorganism & Biopolymer Preperation

BioAgriCultivate ​has its own unique technology to produce microorganism culture & its compatible bioplymer.

2 Seed 
Coating

Selected seeds are coated with BioAgriCultivate microorganisms by using  its compatible biopolymer.

3 Growing the Seeds

Microorganism coated seeds are grown on mine waste soil. At this stage, transformation of mine waste soil into organic fertiliser starts.

4  ​Harvest, Blend & Packed

Grown plants are harvested and blanded. Then, it is packed  in such a way that it does not get air & sunlight.   

Achievements

2000 mt of organic fertilizer has been successfully produced at the end of 2021. The raw material and BioAgriCultivate organic fertilizer were sent for analysis together and the development achieved determined comparatively. In its report, while mine waste soil is not suitable for organic food production, BioAgriCultivate organic fertilizer is suitable for organic food production with the below result.

The above result is received in an open area & certain conditions. The parameters can easily be increased if the process is executed in a controlled environment. BioAgriCultivate has also additional methods ready to practice on increasing Nitrogen & Phosphorous level.
